Formed in 2002 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, QualiTest is dedicated to cellular system engineering with a focus on products and services related to cellular network planning, design, deployment, optimization and maintenance. Currently QualiTest has two principal offices of operation in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Palm Bay, FL, USA. The company has more that 150 employees and a strong network of business partners throughout the World.
